The restaurant was excellent for lunch here, I had delicious dishes. Its location not too far away from Fureai Plaza Nanohanakan was exceptionally nice. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

Location: the hotel was very close to mountain, the ocean, and the sea. The employees were very attentive and offered friendly services. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with elegant traditional Japanese decorations and indoor hot bath, for instance as expected...

Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the traditional Japanese bath was a unique experience. The hot spring was fantastic, both indoor and outdoor, with plenty of space for everyone. Plus, the environment of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by palm trees and extensive gardens.
The shuttle bus to the hotel was a bit confusing to locate, as it was not well signposted. the sand bath was not as exciting as expected, and the waiters and waitresses during dinner were too rushed and not very friendly.

Beautiful gardens, impressive hot springs, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff made my stay memorable. The gardens were well-kept with stunning trees and grass around the hotel. The hot springs were enormous and had a great variety of baths. I enjoyed the Japanese set breakfast that was filling and flavorful. The staff was always willing to help and communicate the best they could despite language barriers. The location by the sea made it even more special.
Not one thing stood out as a negative aspect for this hotel. this city is a great place to relax and enjoy the amenities this hotel has to offer.

Located right by the ocean, guests can enjoy the hot sand therapy experience for 10-15 minutes, which is a relaxing and unique feature. the hotel is close to an island that is linked to the mainland by a sandy path, providing a beautiful view. the rooms are spacious and have a traditional Japanese Ryokan setting, with breathtaking sea views. the staff also provide excellent service, including carrying luggage and arranging Japanese dinners.
The buffet-style breakfast could be improved, as it does not live up to the high expectations set by the dinner service.

The hot springs were very relaxing and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the amenities provided were also of good quality. the hotel's location was perfect, close to many local attractions that made it easy to explore the area.
The food was a major disappointment, particularly during Thanksgiving. the quality was quite poor and didn't match up with the price.
